[1] Are these really custom designed apps?
Yes, these apps are custom designed using your logo and web site color theme. You will need to provide us your high resolution logo.
[2] How long does it take to deliver the apps?
We need approximately 14 - 15 working days to deliver your app after receipt of your high resolution logo.
[3] Are these apps free to download for our customers and clients?
Yes, these apps are free to download from the respective Android or iTunes store. If you want to sell an app, we can create and publish the app to your Android and/or Apple account.
[4] What if I want to change the content of the app?
Our apps include a Content Management System (CMS) from where you can add / edit / delete your content.
[5] Can we have our Facebook or Twitter link on the app?
Yes, you can have social media links on the Contact Us page of your app.
[6] What if I want additional custom features?
Simply include the requested features on your Order Form and we will contact you with a quote.
[7] How do I place an order?
Complete our Order Form from the menu link at top of page. We'll contact you within (24) hours to process your order and start your project.
[8] Do you have live examples?
Yes, simply search the iTunes and/or Android Store for AppTropolis.
[9] Do you offer options for Blackberry and Nokia (Symbian)?
For Blackberry and Nokia mobile devices, we recommend to go with our web app (mobile web site) solution. We can develop a mobile version of your web site, which will run well on all major mobile platforms.
[10] Who will download my app? How will people know about it?
Users searching the App store on their phone can find your app. In addition, you can include promotions in your print ads and on your existing web site to download your Mobile App for special offers.
[11] Will my app be published to my own Apple and Android store account?
By default we'll host your app in our AppTropolis store so we can implement your app quicker. However, you can sign-up for your own Google and/or Apple account, then provide us the credentials so we can publish your app.
[12] How do I pay for my app?
After receiving your Order Form, we'll contact you within (24) hours to process your order and start your project. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover.
[13] Do you accept checks?
Yes, we accept checks for app development but we must have a credit card on file for the monthly service charge.
[14] I am a professional consultant. Do I need an app?
Why not! An individual consultant also requires self branding. We make apps for accountants, designers, engineers etc. that allow you to present your services and art work.
